Lizzy uses mainly pastel to capture the colours and atmosphere of the local coastal area around Poole. Drawings are made in situ and completed in one session, all from direct response. Working as an art teacher and artist for many years, Lizzy's primary aim is to share her enjoyment of the all-encompassing natural environment.
Lizzy exhibits locally, most recently at the Fine Foundation Gallery, Durlston. Her teaching has spanned a wide range of settings and students of all ages and abilities.
